Beginning in the 1850s as a rural area, Colleyville is an affluent suburb centrally located near Dallas-Fort Worth, covering approximately 13.1 miles. One private community is Remington Park, which boasts spacious green areas covered with wildflowers and paths. Stone House Restaurant loves high-quality, fresh food and sources its ingredients locally whenever possible. With specially created recipes and a warm, welcoming ambiance, the restaurant has been a place for fellowship and good experiences since its creation in the 1940s.

With casual elegance and an award-winning wine selection, Next Bistro provides an expansive menu and a memorable experience. Its dishes are invented in-house, making the meals unique. Even though it specializes in steaks and seafood, the restaurant also makes freshly baked cakes on-site. 

Providing an ever-shifting seasonally and internationally inspired menu, the Chef Point Bar & Restaurant believes in variety, giving customers many different kinds of food. Opened in 2003, the restaurant grew so quickly that it had to be redesigned and expanded within a year. It remains a popular place for residents to socialize and enjoy delicious meals and drinks.

Combining a classic steakhouse and fantastic Italian cuisine, Ferrari’s Italian Villa & Chop House is committed to excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Since its establishment almost 30 years ago, each guest has been greeted when they come in, many by name. Between quality food and unparalleled service, it is no surprise the restaurant is so beloved.
 

Things to Do

The Colleyville Nature Center covers 46 acres of natural land, including four miles of trails, a covered pavilion, an amphitheater, benches, drinking fountains, and a playground. Among the trees, nine ponds can be found, along with a fishing pier. It is a great place to relax, play, or enjoy nature.

With nine softball and baseball fields, four pickleball courts, and six tennis courts, all lighted, Colleyville City Park is a great place for sports lovers. Covering 40 acres, this park also provides a reservable covered pavilion, a one-mile trail, and a pond. It can be found along Chisholm and Echo Hills.

The Colleyville City Fair honors the fallen soldiers who gave their lives to protect the country while bringing together the community. The event features games, food trucks, face painters, petting zoos, carnival rides, balloon artists, stilts walkers, and more. A stunning fireworks display concludes the festival.

Boasting three pavilions, a playground, a splash pad, wind sculptures, play areas, and a playground, McPherson Park used to be a major dairy farm, and its unique history still prevails today. Visitors enjoy photos, replicas of the milking process, and a renovated barn. The park also provides a wildflower field, the Rock House, and a biking and hiking trail.
